Double chin occurs due to having an unhealthy or poor diet a significant period. Most oftenly double chin is the result of weight issues. The people who are having over weight will have the weight stored throughout their bodies, including the area below your chin and double chin forms. This over weight also causes the skin enlargement and lead to stretch marks on the body. Subcutaneous fat in the chin causes your neck to sag and wrinkle, which lead to the appearence of second chin.

Stand up straight with your core tight and put your shoulders back. Naw lower your chin as close as possible towards your chest. Begin to rotate your head towards right and hold on for 10 seconds. Rotate your head back to your normal position, and then rotate your head towards the left side for 10 seconds and then bring back to the neutral position. You can also rotate your head in the circular motion to stretch and exercise your muscles. Rotate the chin in a circle, extending as far left, back, up and down as possible as you can without hurting or straining yourself. Always make a move in the slow or controlled motion to avoid injury. perform the neck role, along with the other exercises as much as possible through out the day.
